# Quick Picks

_Quick Picks_ is a time-saving feature for making appointments. As you make appointments in Diarybook you are picking settings from various lists such as users, appointment types, resources, waiting rooms and reminder settings. In larger accounts with long lists this can be time consuming for each appointment.

To help, Diarybook remembers the more common selection of settings that you use and presents them to you in a list. With a single click each of these options can be filled out automatically.

## Where is the feature

The _Quick Picks_ feature is found when creating an appointment. After selecting the client as usual, click on the Quick Pick button ![button](/img/deskhelp/icon_quickpicks.png) and select from the list.

## What is automatically filled

The following fields are auto-filled by Quick Picks.
