TCI list
Why this matters
The TCI List shows who is due in on each date. Grouping entries by their To Come In date lets you check a clinic or theatre list against its capacity, and confirm that every booked client has been told their date.

What it contains
Only entries with a TCI date are included. The report has a section for each date, earliest first, headed with the full date. Within a date, entries are listed by surname.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Client | The client’s name |
| DOB | Date of birth |
| Mobile | The client’s mobile number |
| List | The waiting list |
| Priority | Urgent, Soon or Routine |
| Status | The entry’s status |
| Joined | The join date |
| Weeks Waiting | Weeks on the list |
| Assigned To | The users assigned to the entry |
Each section ends with a total for the date.
The CSV file has one row per entry with the columns TCI Date, List, Client, DOB, Mobile, Priority, Status, Join Date, Weeks Waiting and Assigned To.
What to watch for
Old dates and removed clients are listed The report has no date range. It includes every entry that has a TCI date, whatever its status, so clients who have attended or been removed are included too. Set Status to Waiting and Scheduled and Scheduled for Review to see only the bookings still to happen.
Entries are missing, including every unassigned entry Unless you have Can view All Appointments, the report only includes entries with an assigned user. See Running Reports.
