Status summary
Why this matters
The Status Summary is the quickest answer to “how many clients are waiting?”. It counts the clients in each status, so you can quote demand (Awaiting Triage and Waiting) separately from clients who already have a date.

What it contains
The report shows the number of Patients at the top, then a table with one row per status: Awaiting Triage, Waiting, Waiting and Scheduled, Scheduled for Review, Attended, Suspended and Removed. Each row gives the number of Patients, and a Total row closes the table. A No Status row appears if any entries have no status.
The CSV file has the columns Status and Patients.
What to watch for
The total is far larger than the list With Status left empty, the count includes Attended and Removed entries. Read the figures you need from their rows, or select only the active statuses in Status. See What the statuses count.
Counts are lower than the list itself shows Unless you have Can view All Appointments, the report only includes entries with an assigned user. See Running Reports.
