Clients list

Why this matters

The Clients List report gives you client records in bulk: everyone in a group, or the whole account. Use it to check data quality before a reminder campaign, to review who is in a group, or to take a copy of client records into a spreadsheet.

What it contains

ColumnMeaning
ClientThe client’s name, and the date they were archived if they have been
AddressThe client’s address
Contact DetailsMobile, phone and email
DetailsDate of birth and gender
GroupsThe client groups the client belongs to

The CSV file puts each detail in its own column: First Name, Last Name, Address1 to Address5, Phone, Mobile, Email, Date Of Birth, Gender, Archived and Group Memberships.

What to watch for

Phone numbers change when the CSV is opened in Excel Excel can drop a leading zero or turn a long number into scientific notation. See Phone Numbers in Excel.

Archived clients are missing The report excludes archived clients unless you choose Include archived clients or Only include archived clients.

The file contains personal data Store and share the CSV and PDF files as you would any other record holding client data.
