Client group summary
Why this matters
Client groups hold cohorts of clients, such as a programme intake or a recall list. The Client Group Summary lists who is in each group, how to reach them and when they joined. You can use it as a register, or to check a group before messaging it.

What it contains
The report opens under the title Group List, then a Group Breakdown with a section for each group:

| Client | The client’s name, and the date they were archived if they have been |

| Date Joined | When the client was added to the group |
Each group ends with a total row giving the number of clients.
The CSV file has one row per client in each group, starting with the columns Group, Group Total, First Name, Last Name and Date Joined.
What to watch for
A group called “No Assignment” appears When you run the report without choosing any groups, it adds a No Assignment section. This lists clients who aren’t in any group.
A client appears more than once A client in several groups is listed under each one.
Waiting lists aren’t in the Groups filter The Groups filter lists client groups only. For waiting lists, use the Breach Alert report.
