Awaiting scheduling

Why this matters

Awaiting Scheduling is the scheduler’s to-do list. It lists every client who is still waiting and has nothing booked, in the order they need a date, so the next slot goes to the client closest to breaching.

Before you start

Breach dates come from each list’s targets and each entry’s priority. See Breach Dates and Targets.

What to watch for

A client with a date booked is missing That’s intended. Once an entry has a TCI date, or moves to Waiting and Scheduled, it is no longer waiting to be scheduled. Use the TCI List to see booked entries.

Entries are missing, including every unassigned entry Unless you have Can view All Appointments, the report only includes entries with an assigned user. See Running Reports.
