Average wait to TCI
Why this matters
The average wait to TCI is how long, on average, a client waited between joining the list and the date they were given to come in. It is the clearest single measure of how quickly each list is being worked through, and comparing priorities shows whether urgent clients are being seen sooner.

The period can’t be changed Waiting list reports have no date fields, so this report always covers the last 12 months.
