Client Management
The client record is where Diarybook keeps a person’s contact details, appointment and attendance history, group and waiting list memberships, messages, progress notes and files. Every reminder is sent to the numbers and addresses on that record, so the record has to be accurate before the messages can be.
Clients are in the Clients area, which has Clients, Client Groups, Waiting Lists and Deleted. Deleted holds client records that have been deleted. An account administrator can restore a deleted client within 90 days of the deletion.

Waiting lists are also reached from the Clients area. They have their own section: Waiting Lists.
