View Room Availability Side By Side

We’d like to announce a new feature in DiaryBook - the Room Calendar

This calendar shows you appointments for each room side-by-side.

In Desktop, there is a Room button on the Home page that once clicked, will open a new tab showing the calendar.

DiaryBook Portal already has the ability to view users side by side for a given day. Now, while in that view, you can simply click the view button (next to the back arrow) to switch between users and resources/rooms view.

For both versions, the view can be customised by clicking the buttons with the minus sign to remove a column or clicking the button with the plus sign to add one. Simple do a search for the room and click on it when found.
