Thank you for your continued feedback on Version 10. We have been actively refining the platform and have just released an update that introduces several new enhancements and improvements:

Client MRN numbers are now editable
Notifications for patient self check-ins have been enhanced
Calendar time ranges can now be customised
Various bug fixes and user interface improvements

Block Records / User Scheduled Items

A new approach to managing blocked time is currently in development and will be exclusive to Diarybook Version 10

Key capabilities include:

Automatically saving affected users with each blocked time record to streamline editing and updates
Supporting multiple schedules per block record, making it easier to manage categories such as meetings, travel, and annual leave
Allowing perpetual blocked times with rules-based scheduling, including day-of-week logic and defined exceptions
Investigation underway into a repeat feature to further reduce effort when creating recurring items

Version 10 replaces Version 9

Version 9 will be formally retired.
Version 10 will replace version 9.
Version 8 remains unchanged
Ongoing support and enhancements continue on Versions 8 and 10.
